Lease preparationOur extensive knowledge of Tenant/Landlord Law assures you the lease is prepared in accordance with state and federal laws. We will adjust the lease expiration date to take into account the highs and lows of our rental market.
Each month we will provide the Owner with a statement summarizing all monthly income and expenses. All invoices are available for your viewing 24/7 through the Owner Portal. You will be able to see the description of all work performed and know who handled the repairs. Total transparency assures that you are only paying for the invoice received from the vendor.
Provide Year End StatementsAt the end of each calendar year, we provide our Owners with a year end statement. This statement summarizes all income and expenses, making filing taxes much simpler.

Selecting the right Tenant can be an overwhelming task when you have multiple applications. To assist our Owners with selecting the most qualified Tenant, we have developed a qualification formula. By using this proprietary system, all Tenants are scored to determine if they are qualified. The higher the score, the more qualified the Tenant.
