Once a Tenant gives notice to vacate, we expect them to cooperate with our showing agents for scheduling
appointments. We honor our Tenants privacy so we will only show our occupied
properties after first scheduling an appointment.

our Owners with knowing which Tenant is the most qualified, we have developed
a qualifying formula. By using this proprietary system, all Tenants are scored
