Born in Washington, DC, and raised in Northern Virginia, Betsy has lived more years in NC than anywhere else. She has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of property management including residential property management. Her property management career began in Charlotte in the early 1980s. Over the years, her career has expanded into upscale residential property management. As a licensed NC Real Estate Broker, she is ready to assist you with your property management needs. When not working, Betsy enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time at the lake.

Having relocated her family from Ohio to North Carolina 21 years ago, Denise understands the stress of moving. Finding the perfect area to raise her two daughters was a big decision, but having so many great neighborhoods to choose from was a big help!

Whether you are moving to our area from far away or just moving around the corner, it is Denise's goal to listen to your needs and make your move as stress free as possible.

Erin Pica is a Wisconsin native with 20 years of accounting experience. Erin is a Quickbooks pro who specializes in bookkeeping. She has an analytical mind and ​a ​keen eye for detail, ​and is a results driven accounting professional.

Erin is a published photographer. Erin enjoys photography, cooking and spending time with her husband, daughter and pets.

An Upstate New York native, Jenna relocated to North Carolina with her dog Taz, in 2018. Jenna received her NC Real Estate License in the Fall of 2018 and has been honing her customer service skills in the hospitality industry. She has always had a passion for property management and real estate. She looks forward to learning from some of the most experienced, seasoned pros in the industry, and in turn providing superior assistance to our clients and tenants.

In her spare time, Jenna loves spending time outdoors, exploring craft fairs or flea markets, trying new restaurants, or just relaxing at home watching HGTV with her pup.

Alexis is a New Jersey native but has been in North Carolina for most of her life. She has 9 years of experience in the property management industry, including both single and multifamily property management. She is the newest associate at Henry Property Management and is excited to learn and grow within the company. Alexis is passionate about providing an amazing customer service experience and is looking forward to providing this same level of service to our clients and tenants.

Alexis is a new mom and in her free time she enjoys being with her family, friends, and dog. She also likes to paint and travel.

Ever is a Jalisco, Mexico native but was in Illinois for almost 25 years of his life. He has 13 years of experience in the maintenance industry, and 12 years of experience in the interior trim/construction industry. He is the newest associate at Henry Property Management and is excited to learn and grow within the company. He loves to provide an amazing customer service experience to our clients and tenants.

In his free time, he enjoys watching comedy and action movies with his wife and kids, riding his bicycle, and being outdoors.

Debbie has managed investment property since 1983 and founded Henry Property Management in 1989, revolutionizing the property management industry in Wake County. She was born and raised in Raleigh and attended the Wake County Public Schools. She graduated from NCSU with a BS in Microbiology.

Her personal and professional approach to property management has set her company apart from the rest, placing Henry Property Management as the premier property management firm in Cary. Debbie was the first property manager in Wake County to earn the prestigious MPM national designation.

In 2010, Debbie was appointed to the Citizen Issue Review Commission for the Town of Cary.

In 2014, Debbie was elected to the Board of Governors for the Property Management Division of the North Carolina Association of Realtors.

In 2017, Debbie co-founded Capital Real Estate School. She has written several courses which she teaches to other property managers around the state for their annual CE credit.
