Cleaning Gutters
{June 7, 2013}--Gutters are an often overlooked source of property damage. According to Gene Barrow, our maintenance expert and workman, unclean gutters can cause water to back up over the fascia board causing rot to the fascia board and potentially to the rafters.
Gene recommends cleaning cutters twice a year: once in early summer and once in early winter.
